Conditions of Participation
for UVIS Air Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)
1. Organizer
The competition is organized by UVIS UV-Innovative Solutions GmbH, Aachener Str. 24, 50674 Cologne (“UVIS”).
2. Eligibility
All persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are entitled to participate in the competition.
3. Participation
Participation in the competition takes place by filling out the participation card and is free of charge. In particular, participants are not obliged to give their consent to receive marketing/advertising from UVIS.
4. Profits
UVIS will draw five winners at random from among all participants and will each receive a UVIS Air worth EUR 249.00 (excl. VAT) ("Prize"). The prize cannot be paid out in cash and is non-returnable. In addition, the prize cannot be transferred to third parties.
5. Sweepstakes Procedure
The participation period is from September 13th to 15th, 2022. The time of eligibility to participate and the prize draw will take place on 09/16/22. Only fully completed entry forms will take part in the competition. Only one participation in the competition is possible per person. Winners will be contacted via email.
If a winner does not contact UVIS within fourteen days of receiving notification of the win, the respective prize will be forfeited without replacement.

The UVIS UV-Innovative Solutions GmbH processes the personal data of the participants exclusively for the implementation of the competition. The legal basis for this is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b) GDPR.
Personal data of the participants will only be stored for as long as this is necessary for the implementation and processing of the competition - subject to a voluntarily given consent by the respective participant for advertising purposes.
Participants can also give their consent to receive advertising from UVIS voluntarily and independently of participation in the competition. In this case, the personal data will also be processed for sending advertising.
